Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no cookies of our own.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami analytics, hosted on our own server. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't store personal data. We see totals such as page views, referring sites, country and browser type.
Advertising
Some pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and to personalise them where you allow it.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, through Google's certified consent tool (Privacy & messaging). You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link it adds to the page. Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. Google explainshow it uses data from sites that show its ads in its own policy.
Status reports
Status pages have an anonymous "I'm having problems" button. To stop one person sending hundreds of reports, we combine your IP address with a secret value that changes every day and store only the resulting hash, never the IP address itself. Hashes are deleted after a day. The reports themselves are stored only as counts per service per 15 minutes.
Server logs
Like any website, our server briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies
AIPriceWatch sets no cookies of its own. Calculator inputs live in the page address, so a link you share contains only the values you entered. Any cookies you see come from the ad provider described above, subject to your consent.
